Our Principal

Manjusha Tripathi is a progressive visionary with a liberal outlook towards education. She has a vision of transforming education and enriching student learning experiences through pedagogical innovations, tech integration, social-emotional learning, greater student engagement, better parental connections, and by creating a conducive learning environment for the holistic development of learners.

Prior to her role at Vvyasa School, she worked as a Principal at Shri Ram Global School, Whitefield. She has over 26 years of rich experience in education and has been associated with various institutions like DPS, AIRFORCE SCHOOL, RLB MEMORIAL, LITERAVALLEY. She is a Certified Trainer, CBSE resource person, CBSE Deputy city coordinator, and Facilitator with expertise in Instruction Designing and People Management. Ms. Manjusha has provided authoritative leadership in academics, creating innovative strategies, and formulating administrative policies for accelerated growth of organizations. Over her past working years, she has worked towards methods for innovative curriculum development, classroom management, student assessment, parent involvement, and many other development schemes.

A PGD in school leadership and management from Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU), she is excellent at managing her time and believes in quality over quantity. Apart from much acclaim, she has won the Global Teacher Award in 2020 and AKS Education Award as an Exceptional Academic Mentor 2020 national Level, Progressive Principal award by Mega in 2022, Won the Best Educationist award 2023 by ICB, Won the Best Principal and panellist award 2024 by EEC. Ms. Manjusha holds a B.Ed. graduate from Lucknow University and is an M.A. in English and M.Sc. in Chemistry. She is CTET qualified.

An experienced Educationist, deeply passionate about adolescent mental health, who focuses on holistic development to create impactful learning environments that nurture resilience, empathy, and a penchant for creating a life that is worth living. Possessing strong leadership qualities, she strongly believes that the aim of education should be man-making.
