With extensive experience in leadership and organisational development, Venkat Changavalli brings a perspective on strategy, innovation, and building institutions with lasting impact.

An MBA from IIM Ahmedabad and a B.Tech. in Chemical Engineering from NIT Warangal, he has also undertaken executive programmes at Wharton School, IMD, London Business School, Harvard Business School, and Columbia Business School.

He has led and contributed to large-scale initiatives including EMRI-108, UP-100, and the Elderly Response System-14567. His work focuses on innovation, execution, and systems that make a meaningful difference. He is an author, including the book Manage, Live and Lead, and an inspirational speaker with a long-standing interest in leadership and helping people reach their potential.

Sahithi Vadakattu

Sahithi Vadakattu brings a background in business administration, human resources, and corporate operations to Vvyasa School. With a Master's degree in Global Business and more than a decade in corporate operations, she focuses on effective systems and on the people who keep the school functioning every day.

Her experience in human resources helps identify and develop educators who share the school's commitment to meaningful learning and student development.

She believes the school years should be a memorable and enriching part of every child's life, and she focuses on an environment where students feel supported, engaged, and comfortable while they learn and grow.
